Fall has arrived and our menu is transitioning to more cool weather comfort food. Try the spectacular Porchetta (in my opinion, Chad’s best pork dish so far!) or the new autumn inspired presentations of Red Snapper, Diver Scallops and Tortelli Pasta. The mixed Greens Salad brings back roasted root vegetables from Chef’s Garden and a bleu cheese mousse! Also joining the menu is the Corn & Shrimp Bisque we first enjoyed on our September Chef’s Tasting menu. Truly sublime yet superb!
