We are offering sumptuous menu options for each guest to build their own 3 course prix fixe menu. Starter course options include Lobster Bisque, Mixed Greens Salad with Duck Rillette, or 1/2 dozen Oysters. Add optional Siberian Sturgeon Caviar for the perfect beginning to the meal.
Main course choices are Red Snapper, Diver Scallops and Beef Tenderloin or upgrade to Japanese A5 Wagyu for the ultimate in flavor. Add an optional 1/2 Lobster to any option.
