Burlingame is offering whole 9″ Brown Butter Pecan Pies for Thanksgiving for just $25 + tax. To orders call 904-432-7671. Leave your name, phone number and number of pies you would like to purchase. We will call back to confirm the order and obtain pre-payment information. Pick-up will be at the restaurant (20 South 5th Street in Fernandina Beach) on Wednesday 23 November between 1:00 pm and 4:00pm.
The 25th Anniversary Taste of Amelia Island is just two weeks away. Join us Friday, November 18th, from 6 to 9 p.m., at Omni Amelia Island Plantation, in the Amelia Ballroom and adjoining lobby. For the first time, Burlingame will be participating in this great annual event. Chef Chad Livingston is preparing a taste of his exceptional Pork Tenderloin dish from our summer menu. Come enjoy smokey pork tenderloin & bbq green beans on a Johnny cake at the Burlingame booth and check out the other great fare offered by Amelia Island’s superb restaurants while supporting the Nassau Volunteer Center.
This year sees the return of the island’s best Chefs and Restaurant. Complimenting the food will be a selection of fine wines, a silent auction, a 50/50 raffle, live music, and the event’s first-ever “Best Dish of the Taste” award, voted on by attendees. A completely re-branded event, this year’s silver anniversary Taste will be designed and decorated by Robyn Branch Design, with other special touches provided by our audio-visual partner, Encore Event Technologies.
From fine dining to pub fare to seafood, ethnic food and down home southern country cooking and delicious desserts, this year’s Taste is a foodie celebration.

Burlingame Restaurant is proud to announce Chef Chad Livingston has been selected to help represent the downtown Fernandina restaurants in a culinary competition to support The Barnabas Center. Chad will join Scottie Schwartz and Kenny Gilbert on Team Fernandina in the competition to be held September 8th at the Ritz Carlton, Amelia Island.
We opened our restaurant in March and have exceeded all our expectations. Our reviews on TripAdvisor, FB and Yelp tell the story of our very successful launch and the excitement and enthusiasm of our guests. We have made a lot of progress on the construction of Burlingame in the past month. In the last blog posting, I mentioned the great crew helping transform Burlingame from a mildly run down office to a stunning restaurant where you can enjoy special dinners.
